SunLync encourages customers to give feedback and to suggest enhancements for SunLync. We add features to our software based on market trends and customer feedback to allow ourselves to stay aligned with our client's needs.
Submission of an Enhancement Suggestion is not a guarantee of the suggestion being implemented. Our decision to implement a feature is based on customer impact, scope of project and/or market need including the amount of requests we have for the same feature. Your request may be accepted or declined due to any one of these reasons and you will be updated accordingly.
If your suggestion is accepted during the SunLync review process, you will be updated with our decision on how we'll move forward on implementing the feature and in which build number the enhancement should be available. We may also request your time for feedback and acceptance testing to ensure the final product is in line with the request.
If your suggestion is declined, you will be updated with our decision as well. If we consider the enhancement to be business specific and would consider completing the request as part of a custom programming project, for which a custom work fee would apply, we will update you appropriately and provide an estimate.
